Gary Topchik CEO and President is the managing partner of SilverStar Enterprises; a Southern California based consulting firm specializing in management development, organizational change, team building and staff retreats, managing challenging staff members, and executive coaching.
Gary has worked with a wide variety of clients including Shell Oil, Telecordia, SAIC, Oracle, Southern Edison, Batelco, Aramco, AT&T, Fannie Mae, Disney, Dow Jones, Nextel, and many Governmental agencies and non for profits.
Gary has an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Cornell University and is a registered organizational development (OD) consultant and executive coach. He is currently lecturing in the business and management department at UCLA.
Gary is a creative consultant to the entertainment industry. He has worked on several television shows and featured movies.
Gary has been published in the leading journals and is the author of four best-selling books. They are Managing Workplace Negativity, Equity Checking, The Accidental Manager, and the fifth edition of The First-Time Manager.
Gary has worked throughout the world and was recently named the consultant of the year by the International Training and Development Federation (ITDF).
